Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
